Returns Policy
Our returns Policy exclusively covers manufacturer defects, faulty products, and damages that occur during transit.
If the fault is attributed to manufacturing, kindly refer to the warranty section for further assistances.
Note* Refunds are not applicable for Change of mind.
Warranty: Our home appliances come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the warranty documentation provided with your appliance for detailed information on coverage and terms. If you encounter any issues with your appliance during the warranty period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Return Process: If the Hydrogen Rich Water Dispenser is damage during transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your appliance. They will provide you with a return authorisation number and guide you through the return process. Please ensure that the appliance is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
Refund: Once we receive the returned appliance and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exceptions: Please note that certain conditions may void the return eligibility, if Consumer causes damage by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised repairs, ALL WARRANTY and refunds are void.
